In the USA now, the powerful Elites appear to be “above the law” and can even influence the judiciary system in politicizing it to their own ends. It has been seen recently that the judiciary that wishes to prosecute an individual, begins to choose the person first and then tries to investigate if that person has done wrong, afterwards.
